Scientific Bulletin of VAPA. Series: Political Science and Sociology. Submission of manuscripts.

manuscripts are submitted to the Chief Editor or the Executive Secretary of the Journal, VAPA, 8, Gagarina str., Volgograd, 400066, Russia; e-mail: nauka@vlgr.ranepa.ru, polit@vlgr.ranepa.ru.
articles are 10-15 pages long (A4 format);
articles should be topical and original, should outline tasks (issues), describe key results of the author’s research and his\her conclusions;
the text should have been reviewed and signed by the author who is responsible for the selection and correctness of the facts and references included in it, as well as for the use of classified information;
pages should be numbered;
references should be listed in a note at the end of the text (references are in alphabetical order) according to GOST 7.1–2003: Bibliographic reference. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules;
manuscripts are submitted in hard copy and as files prepared in MS Word (via e-mail). The hard copy should be fully identical to the electronic one. The text should be in Times New Roman 14 pt, 1.5 spaced and fit to the width, all margins should be 20 mm.

for all authors – Request to the Chief Editor of the Journal, Doctor of Sciences(Politics), Professor V.A.Kolesnikov to publish the article;
for Ph.D. students – Article review, signed by an assessor and sealed by his\her affiliating institution. The review should assess the relevance of the issue under discussion, evaluate the research quality of the article and recommend it for publication in the «Scientific Bulletin of VAPA. Series: Political Science and Sociology»;
information about the author(s): surname, full first name and patronymic, degree, position, institutional affiliation (place of work or study), contact phones, e-mail, regular mail address and zip code;
an abstract of the article and key words.
