Andrey A. Osipov

Andrey A. Osipov graduated with honors from the North-West Academy of Public Administration in St. Petersburg (major in State and Municipal Administration) in 1999. From 1996 to 2001, he worked in various positions at the branch of the North-West Academy of Public Administration in Tver. From 2001 Andrey A. Osipov was aDeputy Director and from 2003 to 2012 he was a Director of the Tver branch of the Academy of Public Administration. Since 2012, for six years he worked as Deputy Vice-Rector, then Vice-Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. In 2017-2019 he was a Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management, branch of RANEPA. Andrey A. Osipov is an adviser to the Rector of RANEPA.
